We Need Shoes!

With so many brand new pairs of shoes constantly coming off our shelves, we are running low during a season of giving. From the beginning, the goal of Project 2:4 was to provide brand new shoes to those in poverty around the world. We are sticking with our goal and hoping for donations of only clean, new shoes from those in our community.

Our team thanks you for your generosity and continuous support -- we couldn't make differences without you! We are so incredibly grateful for each of you.

Contact us at projecttwofour@gmail.com if you're interested in donating.

Thank you in advance!

- Project 2:4 Team

Introducing Limitless, the new clothing line my team and I released this past summer in order to spread the word that together, we are Limitless. In the beginning, I had no idea how far Project 2:4 would go, or how far it could go. God has placed so much potential into what was then just a small project with small goals, but is now a huge nonprofit organization with goals as high as the clouds.

A couple years ago, I had a good friend that sent me a letter. Within that letter, she wrote something that has stuck with me to this day. The letter read "Haylee, I've always remembered the saying 'The sky is the limit', but I don't even think the sky could stop you". When naming this clothing line, there wasn't another word other than "Limitless" that fit the line perfectly. I knew almost immediately that that word would stick - and it did.

I wanted to motivate others to find the limitless within themselves, and to ultimately put their faith in God. Because, after all, He is capable of so much. I think it's so important for everyone (especially young people) to find that one thing about themselves that they can pursue and really make their own, but also that they can allow God to lead them in taking the right steps to accomplish something amazing. He will open the doors of the unimaginable. At first, I was blinding following the calling God put in my life - and now, I'm able to bless others by combining my calling with my number one passion. What an amazing 16 months it has been and I am so excited to see where else Project 2:4 will go - the possibilities are endless.

Guat Trip 3/11 - 3/18

This country and it's people will forever have my heart. What an experience! I'm so grateful for all of the crazy, memorable moments shared with my best friends -- especially handing out the 80 pairs of brand new shoes with my best friend, Katie!

From pouring numerous concrete floors in the houses of those in need, to sack races in the Caribbean Sea with the little Guatemalan kiddos, this trip was not one to forget. My week was spent not only getting to know better those that came on the trip with me, but developing a grasp on how life works for those that live there. It was such a cultural shock -- a much needed culture shock!

In today's world, it is so easy to get caught up in the fast pace schedules. The week I spent 1,478 miles away from home was a week of solitude, peace, and pure Jesus. I never kept track of the time or day of the week -- there wasn't a care in the world other than for those we were serving!

Although there were many great parts that made the trip unforgettable, the best part (of course) was the humbling feeling of personally giving out a brand new pair of shoes for the first time. I still remember it like it was yesterday -- the recipient was a little boy whose face lit up like his whole world had been changed. Those kids had never received a nice gift like that, and it wasn't about the shoes, it was about the fact that a total stranger loved them so much as to cross oceans and prove their love for them. To be able to be the giver of such a gift is the most unbelievable feeling.

All of the glory goes to God himself. I'm so thankful he's chosen me for this journey. Until next year Guatemala!

To the Boy Who...

To the boy whose feet will soon be in these shoes, you are loved, you are important, you are cared for, and you are inspiring.

Along with every pair of shoes handed out by not just myself, but by my team as well, this pair was handled with nothing but love as each of us have prayed for you and your future. I have asked God for blessings, protection, and favor over you ever since I started this crazy thing called Project 2:4 and I'm so excited to put a face and a name with this brand new pair of shoes just for you.

I can't wait to meet you, see you soon!

Carwash 8/6/16

Project 2:4's first carwash was a huge success, bringing in people from around the area to get their cars cleaned on the perfect day. We thank everyone who came out to help, support, and donate generously. With the money raised, we were able to send over 100 pairs of new shoes to kids in Burkina Faso, Africa!
